The project of the new XKM 3080 single-rotor grinder stems from an Italian customer's need and the will to find an effective and powerful solution, guaranteeing the reliability that characterizes this company, due to twenty years’ experience in the sector.
The mechanical and structural characteristics of an efficient machine such as the XK3000 have been adopted to get a machine that guarantees a process capacity of up to 20 ton/h of pre-selected urban or industrial waste and an outcoming product measuring < 30mm.
Having a larger diameter, the rotor has a larger grinding surface and therefore greater treating capacity; the particular ergonomic project guarantees simpler accessibility and a consequent reduction in maintenance time, helped also by streamlined grid fixing. Some important structural measures guarantee the rotor hermetic closure and the elimination of clogging due to material getting out; moreover, the compact design also allows its positioning in the tightest working areas.
A new project that is another important step in reaching all the operators in the urban and industrial waste treatment sector.
