ADVANCED DESIGN FOR EFFICIENCY AND OPERATIONAL SAFETY

  • Soundproof feeding hopper with guards to prevent material ejection outside, suitable for loading by conveyor belt
  • Cutting chamber made of quality steel plates assembled with screws and pins so that worn parts can be easily replaced
  • Spherical bearings with double row of rollers housed in supports constrained on the entire circumference to the grinding chamber with discharge groove and equipped with grease nipples
  • Provision for water cooling to the cutting chamber
  • Scissor cutting configuration achieved by tilting the rotating blades toward the counter-blades
  • Hardened (58/59 HRC) chrome steel k110 blades and counter-blades, ground and micrometrically adjustable

  • Bench-adjustable blades and counter blades with jig to always maintain the best cutting conditions and optimum distance between blades and between rotor blades and screen, as well as reduced replacement time
  • Reversible sorting screen with large discharge area, mounted in a screen holder cradle that makes it easy to clean and replace
  • Massive flywheel attached to the rotor shaft with expansion locknuts that ensure reliable clamping over time
  • Funnel-shaped, removable grinded collection container prepared for connection to suction system
  • Support base made of sturdy steel sections mounted on vibration-damping devices
