Forrec presents the Single Shaft Shredders X3000M at Ecomondo 2017

In November 7-10, during the exhibition Ecomondo 2017 in Rimini, Forrec will present the new Single Shaft Shredder X3000M.

The X3000M model is designed to work in the most challenging waste treatment and it can be applied to plastic, wood and paper. It has a throughput up to 5 ton/h and a 30 mm sieve.

The constructive geometry of this shredder has important technical novelty such as:

• front door, for an easier access to the machine
• independent hydraulic pushers, each one with its own hydraulic system;
• spiral lateral seals, for a safer working process
• ergonomic design, for an easy maintenance.

The X3000M engine is also characterized by numerous advantages, first of all the chain reducer instead of a gears one. This solution solves the chain’s breaking due to the vibrations, providing also a greater safety.
