Forrec’s Technical Department is continuously working to research and develop solutions that are able to respond to customer requests. The new developments go from those of an aesthetic nature, to the dimensions, down to the finer details that are analysed, designed and tested by our team of engineers on a daily basis.

The special varnishing produced for a grinder destined for use in the tobacco industry is just the surface of a precise and painstaking project to create a machine that resolves the problem of powder accumulation. Members of staff are also dedicated to designing smaller versions of our flagship model: the multi-crusher FR, which will soon be available in the 1000 model (with cutting chamber 660 x 1020 mm, 2x15 kW) and the 1300 model (with cutting chamber 960 x 1260 mm, 2x22 kW). The design team is also investing in the range of single shaft shredders, MR model, which comes with a different cutting system consisting of a single counterblade, progressive cutting and a newly conceived vibration absorption system.

Goals are becoming ever-more ambitious to create a product that is perfectly focused on our customers’ requests and on excellent performance
