Total recovery of all materials

FOR REC plants for the treatment of photovoltaic panels have been developed to efficiently and sustainably manage the end of life of the panels themselves.
The process is divided into different separation phases, which allow the recovery of valuable materials such as aluminum, glass, silicon, and EVA, minimizing non-recoverable waste.

The treatment line is modular and customizable, designed to adapt to various plant configurations and different volumes of material to be processed.

OPTIMAL SEPARATION OF MATERIALS

The stages of the production cycle for the treatment of photovoltaic panels include:

  • Initial opening phase using the LC shredder, which enables the opening of the panel.
  • Material shredding with the TQ four-shaft shredder, which reduces the material to a controlled size to ensure proper separation in the following phases.
  • Grinding and refining through the MC vertical mill, which performs additional cleaning and improves material quality, optimizing process efficiency.
  • Final separation through circular vibrating screens, eddy current systems and electrostatic separators, to obtain a clean output that can be recovered as secondary raw material.
