99% PURE END PRODUCT

Recycling plants for end-of-life tires make it possible to obtain secondary raw material of different particle sizes, while at the same time separating other components, such as steel and textile fiber. The plant is equipped with a multi-step cleaning system to ensure complete separation of the textile fiber and obtain a granulated product with 99% purity level.

The suction system is supported by filters and fire-fighting systems for specific dust control in compliance with current regulations, including safety regulations.

COMPLETE TIRE TREATMENT

OPTIMAL MATERIAL SEPARATION

The stages of the production cycle for tire treatment include:

PRIMARY TREATMENT Volumetric reduction down to 100 mm.
GRINDING Reduction of rubber granule material down to about 20 mm.
GRANULATION Reduction of rubber granule material down to 0 to 4 mm.
CLEANING OF THE RUBBER GRANULE Following the separation of the granule into 3 different sizes 0-1 / 1-2 / 2-4 mm, the marerial undergoes treatments aimed at separating the remaining textile fiber, which is collected throughout the process by a centralized suction and filtration system.
