Thanks to FOR REC industrial machines and shredders, in fact, it is possible to process all refrigerator components without any impact on the environment, separating the different materials that compose the household appliance and obtaining a clean and compact final product.

Processing refrigerator components with low environmental impact

Initial stage of refrigerator reclamation, with removal of the motor and separation of the oil and gas contained in the refrigerant circuit
Shredding and reduction to homogeneous material size down to 30mm
Separation of output materials with recovery of ferrous and nonferrous metals by magnet systems
Grinding of the remaining material and reduction down to 5mm with technologies that separate plastic, copper and aluminum by taking advantage of the different specific weights of the materials
Suction for total recovery of the CFC released during polyurethane grinding
Control and filtering of dust developed during the recycling process
Compacting and pelletizing the polyurethane to make it inert
