Conveyor belts in rubber-coated metal slats, and rubber conveyor belts are composed of frame, gearmotor, chain, sides, and slats.

Available in different lengths and widths according to loading and unloading requirements.

Conveyor belts in metal slats

Conveyor belts in metal slats are composed of:

Frame – constructed of electro-welded tubular (thickness from mm.80×80) with cross frames every meter, made in bolted sections for easy assembly with interchangeable sliding plates for chains, support feet, side and bottom chain protection guards.
Gear motor – flange-coupled to the belt drive shaft for easy disassembly when needed, with self-braking motor of adequate power.
Chain – with flanged wheels for centering, retaining fins on one side, wheel, bushing and pin treated. Chain is lubricated on each side by a manually opened tank. Complete with lubrication system.
Sideboards – made of shaped sheet metal with reinforcement on the outside every meter. A reinforcing plate will be applied to the base of them along the entire length in contact with the material to be transported, that is, at the points of greatest wear.
Slats – for mod. NTM reinforced and covered with rubber cover.

Rubber belt conveyor

The rubber and/or PVC belt conveyor with loading porters is complete with supports, rollers, anti-skid profiles, drive head with gear motor of adequate power, idler head, belt tensioner, containment sides with possible hoppers in the initial part and support feet.

In the lower part, the belt will be supported by rollers or triads of plastic wheels, held in guidance by through-shafts.

Screw conveyors

Screw conveyors are systems for transporting materials in small fractions usually positioned after single-shaft grinders, they ensure transport of the material to the next treatment or discharge into the big-bag.

Made of reinforced sheet metal and perfect for conveying light materials such as granulated plastic, wood, rubber.

Available in different lengths and diameters.
