During eREC 2020 FOR REC will introduce its new plants for waste treatment, in particular: the new TX1600 shredder of ELTs (End-of-Life Tyres) and two new refrigerators treatment systems.

The new TX1600 Shredder for Tyre and Rubber Recycling

TX1600 is the brand new shredder specifically designed and manufactured by FOR REC for the treatment of ELTs (End-of-Life Tyres). TX1600 Shredder is able to respond to specific market’s demands, without giving up productivity, which must never be below five tons per hour for the treatment to be economically sustainable. High torque and low speed allow to get maximum performance with low consumption. TX1600 Shredder is equipped with special blades to overcome the problem of fraying the steel wire contained in the rubber of the tyre.

The new Recycling Plants for Refrigerators

FOR REC has recently designed and manufactured a new plant which allows the possibility of treating up to 120 refrigerators in a hour with a single line. This new recycling plant has already been installed in two French cities. One of the most important characteristics of these new plants for refrigerator recycling is the correct treatment of hazardous gas in refrigerators.
