After the forced break of 2020 FOR REC will attend again at the Ecomondo fair in Rimini, an unmissable event for all professionals involved in the environment, waste treatment and circular economy.
The double-shaft shredder is the most important innovation realized in recent times, designed for the treatment of tires, the machine is characterized by a system that allows a clean cut of the tire that, reduced in size ranging from 50 to 80 mm, is a perfect product for the production of TDF fuel waste, then used by cement plants.
This clean cut allows to overcome the problem of the fraying of the steel wire contained in the tire rubber, a careful and effective solution, increasing at the same time the productivity to make the investment economically sustainable.
The multi-crusher FOR REC has been improved to make the machine even more powerful and performing.
The innovations mainly concern the cutting system and the ease of maintenance of the machine itself:
The Multi lacerator is designed to be installed as a primary machine in facilities handling municipal solid waste, bulky waste, industrial waste and for many other types of materials.
Four-shaft shredder is a milestone of FOR REC’s production, optimized for ever higher quality results and increased for hourly production capacity.
The machine has a fundamental role in refrigeration treatment systems, and WEEE in general, as it allows the material to be brought to the size suitable for subsequent separations. In fact, the four-shaft shredder is equipped with a selection sieve that allows to obtain a uniform product and is able to treat even very resistant materials such as rigid plastics and electric cables.
