The eddy current separation system allows the recovery of non-magnetic metals from the material stream. It is composed of three main components:
- Vibrating feeder: moves the material forward evenly toward the subsequent processing stages.
- Magnetic drum: separates magnetic metals using a powerful magnet that attracts, retains, and removes them from the flow.
- Eddy current system: uses a rotating magnetic field to repel non-magnetic metals, separating them from non-metallic materials. This system is essential for the processing of electric motors, enabling the efficient recovery of various types of metals.
