FOR REC changed its company name

We are thrilled to inform all our Customers and Suppliers that by the report of the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on 09/06/2022, the company FOR REC S.R.L. changed its name to: FOR REC S.P.A.
This change involved an increase in the Company’s share capital to Euro 1,000,000.00 i.v.

All other data: legal and administrative headquarter address, tax code and VAT number, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses remain the same.

We therefore invite you to proceed with the change of the new company name on all documents directed to us.
